Initially assigned a room at front of hotel, which was noisy, but receptionist changed this on request for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Beds comfortable, surprisingly good breakfast for 10 Euros each. Overall value for money. English spoken, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Super close to the Dortmund HBF (Central Station) ~ 5 minute walk. Quite soundproof, clean room, comfortable bed, overall good quality and great experience. Front door has reception right by and you get a code to enter the building plus your room so it feels secure.

I really like this hotel, it’s close to the train station but still quiet, the rooms are clean, small but well-designed, they have everything you need. The staff was very helpful and arranged a room for me that I asked for.

Location was good from the main train station. Comfortable beds and shower. Breakfast was available but we didn't use it and I like the fact there is hot drinks vending machine (chargeable) available.
