+Great location - close to the train station, to a metro station, to the city center, to numerous cafes +Clean, modern facilities +Very comfortable bed and pillows + My room looked out into the courtyard, so it was also quiet +There are actual real receptionists in case you need anything (as opposed to mostly automated hotels like McDreams) For the price of 52 Euro per night, it’s exceptional!

Location was good from the main train station. Comfortable beds and shower. Breakfast was available but we didn't use it and I like the fact there is hot drinks vending machine (chargeable) available.

Super close to the Dortmund HBF (Central Station) ~ 5 minute walk. Quite soundproof, clean room, comfortable bed, overall good quality and great experience. Front door has reception right by and you get a code to enter the building plus your room so it feels secure.

Initially assigned a room at front of hotel, which was noisy, but receptionist changed this on request for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Beds comfortable, surprisingly good breakfast for 10 Euros each. Overall value for money. English spoken, staff were pleasant and helpful.

- Code to enter the room was handy for check-out as I can just self check-out without handing back a key. - Air conditioning cooled the room well.
